Ryan Leaf Was Arrested In Montana Monday Morning On Burglary Charges

According to The Associated Press, former Washington State quarterback Ryan Leaf was arrested early today in Great Falls, Montana - just two days after posting bail for drug and burglary charges - once again facing burglary charges.

Leaf is facing charges of burglary, theft and two counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

Leaf's most recent crime occurred on Saturday, just a day after Leaf was arrested and charged with burglarizing an acquaintance's home for prescription painkillers.

To make matters worse, Leaf is also being detained due to violating his probation, which will now prevent him from being released from jail.

The former no. 2 overall pick in the NFL draft struggled from day one both on and off the field while in the league and is considered among the greatest draft busts of all-time.

But there were people who felt like Leaf was finally headed in the right direction. Sad to say that these latest incidents provide facts beyond that belief.

We'll keep you posted as we learn more about Leaf's legal troubles.
