Washington State To Play In 76 Classic Tournament

The Washington State Cougars are set to take place in the 76 Classic tournament at the end of November down in Anaheim, CA.

The Washington State Cougars will kick of their 2011-2012 campaign in the 76 Classic tournament set to take place at the Anaheim Convention Center next to Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. WSU will join the likes of New Mexico, Boston College, UC Riverside Oklahoma, Saint Louis, Santa Clara and Villanova in this three day tourney, beginning on November 24th.

Five of the eight teams playing in the 76 Classic reached the 2011 postseason in the NCAA Championship, NIT and CollegeInsider.com Tournaments respectfully. Eleven of the 12 games will be televised nationally as ESPNU and ESPN2 will spilt the majority of the games.
