Washington State Vs. Oregon State Final Score: Cougars Pick Up 81-76 Win, Beavers Now 0-2 Against Pac-12

The Washington State Cougars picked up a win over the Oregon State Beavers on Saturday evening.

In the second game of Pac-12 play for both teams, the Washington State Cougars hosted the Oregon State Beavers on Saturday evening. In the end, the Cougars were able to pick up an 81-76 win to improve their in-conference record to 1-1, with a 9-5 overall record. While the Beavers are now 10-4, they have come up empty in both Pac-12 contests thus far.

Brock Motum had a huge game for the Cougars, notching 26 points and eight rebounds. WSU shot 54 percent from the floor and looked like a more cohesive team than they appeared in their 92-75 loss to the Oregon Ducks on Thursday night. DaVonte Lacy also added 18 points to the winning effort.

On the Oregon State side, Jared Cunningham led all Beavers scorers with 21 points. Ahmad Starks contributed 18 points, while Joe Burton scored 14 and picked up seven assists.
