College Football Picks, Week 11: Rounding Up The Pac-10 Picks

With games kicking off shortly, it’s time to roundup some last-minute picks for the week 11 Pac-10 match-ups. It’s impossible to find an expert picking against the Oregon Ducks, who travel to Berkley to battle the Cal Bears tonight. The Ducks, No. 1 in the BCS rankings, have been on a roll all season and today should be no exception. Stanford and Arizona, the two other ranked Pac-10 teams, look to be headed for a dog-fight in their respective games later today.

The Washington State Cougars head to Corvallis to take-on the Oregon Ducks in the early afternoon game today. Oregon State is a heavy favorite in Vegas and the experts agree. Ted Miller picks the Beavers by 14 and Phil Steele picks OSU by 32. It’s not looking good for the Cougs.

Arizona comes into this weekend after a beat-down at the hands of the Stanford Cardinal last Saturday. It doesn’t get any easier for the Wildcats as they host the USC Trojans today. Steele picks the Wildcats by 10, but his computer calls it a dead heat. Miller calls the game his toughest pick of the week and chooses Arizona by a field goal. All five CBS experts also picked the Wildcats.

Stanford has been on fire since losing to Oregon in Eugene, dismantling opponents that stand in their way. This week, the resurgent Arizona State Sun Devils host the Cardinal in a game that looks to be a tough one. Steele picks the Cardinal by 4 and his computer simulation picks a close game. Miller has the Cardinal by a touchdown, but puts Stanford on upset alert in a possible letdown game.

The games kick off at 1 p.m. today and eight of the 10 Pac-10 teams are in action.
