The Washington Huskies are currently 5 to 5.5-point underdogs in the Las Vegas Bowl against the Boise State Broncos.

The Washington Huskies will look to finish off their season on a positive note in the Las Vegas Bowl. They will take on the 19th-ranked Boise State Broncos from the MWC. The game is scheduled to take place on Saturday, Dec. 22 with a a 12:30 p.m. PT start on ESPN. The Huskies opened as six-point underdogs, with the line moving down to 5.5 in the majority of sportsbooks.

Washington had a brutal start to their season, going 3-4 in its first seven games. Washington managed to upset Stanford, but also dropped games to LSU and Oregon (both top-10 opponents) but also USC and Arizona. Washington did rally to win their next four games against Oregon State, Cal, Utah, and Colorado, but then dropped the Apple Cup to their rivals in Pullman. Washington would blow an 18-point lead to a two-win (at the time) Washington State team in the 4th quarter and lost in overtime.

Boise State had a down year, and by down year I mean they lost two games. The Broncos dropped their season opener to Michigan State, but then generally cruised through the rest of their schedule, dropping only a close game to San Diego State the rest of the way.
