The Washington Huskies face the Albany Great Danes on Tuesday at 9:30 pm ET at Alaska Airlines Arena. The game will be broadcasted on the Pac-12 Networks.
It will be the second game of the season for the Huskies. The Huskies defeated Loyola (MD), 85-63, on Nov. 11. After only leading by two points after the first half, the Huskies outscored the Greyhounds by 20 points in the second half to cruise to the easy victory.
The Huskies were led by junior guard C.J. Wilcox's 22 points and six rebounds in the win. Wilcox will be instrumental this season as he takes on the void left by the departed Tony Wroten and Terrence Ross, who both left for the NBA after last season.
Wilcox was somewhat of a forgotten man in that star-studded backcourt last season as he averaged 14.2 points per game and shot 40.3% from three-point range. If his first game was any indication - albeit against the Greyhounds - Wilcox is ready to take on his now increased role.
