Skylar Spencer Top 2: Washington Huskies, San Diego State Aztecs

Skylar Spencer is one of the burgeoning young presences in the paint. Standing at 6'7"/6'8" and 200 pounds, the Price High prospect projects as a center at the next level if he can grow completely into his frame, and could be a force to reckon with down the road. Spencer has a lot to do before he can get to that level, but in terms of an athletic big who can get running and get moving, he might work quite well there.

He could be doing his development with Lorenzo Romar in the Pac-12. Spencer has trimmed his list from four to two, and the Washington Huskies made the cut (the Washington St. Cougars did not). The San Diego St. Aztecs are now UW's main competition for Spencer.  Inna Lazarev of Fox Sports/Scout found out the news. Spencer might take awhile to decide between the two though, as Lazarev reports that he could wait until November to make a decision.
