Johri Fogerson is reportedly out of jail after a late-night arrest following a foot-chase in the Mill Creek area. Fogerson was reportedly pulled over and fled on foot after officers saw what appeared to be a bag of marijuana in the car. Fogerson turned himself in a short time later at the urging of his mother.
The report comes from Todd Dybas on Twitter and fits with an earlier report that Forgerson was in the midst of the bail process. Fogerson was held after turning himself in early on Thursday morning. The traffic stop that led to his arrest reported took place around 3 a.m., making for a long night.
The Seattle PI’s Christian Caple filled in a few more details, adding that Fogerson was pulled over for driving with a headlight out. After he fled, a call came in to the Washington State Patrol’s communication center informing them Fogerson planned to turn himself in after speaking with his mother. He did so, and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
