NCAA Bracket 2011: Rounding Up Sweet 16 Bracket Predictions

The NCAA Tournament gets back in action on Thursday with the beginning of the Sweet 16. With all the upsets and wild finishes, the break in the action has allowed us to revisit earlier predictions and revise our bracket ahead of this week’s Sweet 16 games, set to take place at regional sites across the country. Again this year, March Madness has lived up to its name, leaving brackets in its wake on the road to the Final Four.

We’ve made our own NCAA bracket predictions, but now it’s time to look at a few others. Over at SB Nation, each game has been broken down individually, ending with game-by-game predictions.

Florida State vs. VCU: Andy Hutchins has the Rams running Florida State ragged and taking home a 71-58 win.
UNC vs. Marquette: The Tarheels roll to an 81-68 win, using their star-power to overwhelm the Golden Eagles.
Kansas vs. Richmond: The Spiders have been a feel-good story thus far, but the dream run comes to an end in the Sweet 16.
Butler vs. Wisconsin: Last year’s Cinderella keeps the magic going with a win over Wisconsin.
UConn vs. San Diego State: Kemba Walker powers the Huskies to another win in the NCAA Tournament.
Duke vs. Arizona: Derrick Williams is nice, but the Blue Devils talent gets them to the Elite Eight.
Florida vs. BYU: The Gators team effort is too much for the Jimmer Fredette show.
Ohio State vs. Kentucky: The Buckeyes continue to roll and head into the Elite Eight as favorites to win it all.
