For Jacoby Brissett, the ninth-ranked quarterback in the class of 2011, it’s all about location. Brissett will reportedly wait to make a decision, instead announcing his college choice on Friday night at his high school basketball game. Miami and Wisconsin are both in the mix for Brissett’s services, but it appears he’s hesitant to leave the friendly confines of Florida for Wisconsin.
The Washington Huskies were also in the mix for Brissett, securing a visit from him earlier in the month. Since then, there’s been conflicting reports on whether or not he’s considering Washington, with the latest saying the Huskies are still involved, but behind Miami and Wisconsin. Washington secured Letters of Intent from two quarterbacks, Derrick Brown and JC transfer Antavius Smith, on Wednesday, but would love a commitment from Brissett.
