Alamo Bowl Score Update: Washington Leads Baylor 35-24 At The Half

Washington's offense came alive in the second quarter of the 2011 Alamo Bowl. Huskies quarterback Keith Price is 12-for-18 with 179 passing yards and two passing touchdowns; he's also rushed for 27 yards and two touchdowns. Robert Griffin III isn't doing too bad either. The Heisman winner is 18-for-24 with 192 yards and a touchdown; Griffin has also rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown on 12 yards.

Chris Polk ended the second half with an electrifying 56-yard touchdown after Baylor failed to convert on a 4th-and-9 situation at Washington's 44 yard line.

The often criticized Nick Holt led defense held Baylor to a field goal in the second quarter. The Bears punted on their first drive, fumbled on their second drive, turned the ball over on downs in their third drive and converted on a 42-yard field goal.
