Packers Vs. Seahawks: Game Time, TV Schedule, Injury Updates And More

The Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks both come into Monday's game off a win.

Steven Bisig-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Green Bay Packers roll into Seattle Monday to take on a Seahawks team fresh off the first victory of the Russell Wilson era. The Packers also earned their first victory last weekend, but the team with the rookie quarterback might be in a better place than the one led by an All-Pro.

Aaron Rodgers and company struggled against the San Francisco 49ers and lost badly in Week 1, and despite an encouraging win against the Chicago Bears last Thursday, not all is well in the land of the Cheeseheads. Tight end Jermichael Finley's agent called out Rodgers' leadership on Twitter after the win, after Rodgers had been harsh in placing blame on receiver James Jones for a botched play. Jones blew it off and accepted the criticism, but the Packers are still hoping to work out some kinks.

Seattle, meanwhile, has the CenturyLink Field crowd on its side. The Seahawks will likely want to make this one physical and run-heavy behind Marshawn Lynch, who had 122 yards last week. That will help keep the high-scoring attack of Rodgers and company off the field.

Seahawks offensive tackle Russell Okung should return after working back from a knee injury, as should Green Bay receiver Greg Jennings, who missed the game against the Bears but has returned to practice.

Game Date/Time: Sept. 24, 5:30 p.m. PT

Location: CenturyLink Field

TV: ESPN

TV distribution map: The506.com

Seattle Radio: 710 AM ESPN / 97.3 FM KIRO
