The Seattle Seahawks have to upgrade certain parts of their team if they plan on contending for an NFC West title next season and knocking off the San Francisco 49ers from their current perch. Getting some solid talent at the skill positions would better improve their chances of beating the best teams on a consistent basis.
Ryan Van Bibber of SB Nation has released his latest mock draft, and it has the Seahawks taking a wide receiver.
Matt Flynn was used to having a handful of wide receivers to target when he was with the Packers -- in practice anyway. Seattle will want to give him as many options as possible, especially with Sidney Rice's health a continual question mark.
Floyd probably isn't a number-one talent, but he definitely can get into the thin receiving rotation Seattle has in place. The Seahawks could use more options for Flynn or Tarvaris Jackson in the passing game regardless, so Floyd is definitely a strong possibility here.
