VIDEO: Super Bowl Commercials 2012 Preview: See Extended Cuts Before They Air

Many fans, disgruntled and annoyed that their teams are already at home and out of the big game, like to tune into the Super Bowl for the revelry, pomp, and most importantly, the commercials. It's a yearly competition among companies to garner the most attention and Acura is stepping up their game, featuring ads with none other than the legend, Jerry Seinfeld.

Acura has released the extended version of their Super Bowl ad, and now you have a chance to see it before the :60 TV spot will air in the third quarter of the big game. The video depicts the over-the-top antics of comedians and famous car collectors Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno as they bid to be the first in line to take delivery on the first Acura NSX supercar.

The Acura NSX hybrid supercar concept created a lot of buzz when it was unveiled earlier this month in Detroit at the North American International Auto Show. It is due to begin production within the next three years. With Jerry Seinfeld's Super Bowl spot burning up YouTube with 10.5m views, Acura had decided to release five extended cuts, three of which just went live.

Also, Honda just launched "Matthew's Day Off", an extended version of their upcoming Super Bowl ad. (You might have seen the 10 second teaser, which went viral). Directed by Todd Philips (The Hangover), it's a 2:20 mini-movie which stars Matthew Broderick reprising his famous role. In the video, he takes a day off work in his all-new 2012 CR-V to do all of the things he wants to do. It's now out, so check it.
