The Seattle Seahawks will host the New York Jets on Sunday at CenturyLink Field, where the Seahawks have proven tough to beat. So tough that, well, nobody has beaten them there.
The Seahawks (5-4) have not lost at home this season and will look to continue that trend with the struggling Jets (3-5) in town. The Jets are coming off a bye, while the Seahawks are playing their second consecutive home game before their own bye week comes up. With a win, the Seahawks could be two games above .500 and have the playoffs squarely in their sights.
It all comes down to the play of rookie quarterback Russell Wilson. In the Seahawks' five wins, he has been superb, with 968 yards passing, 10 touchdowns and just two interceptions. But in their four losses, he has just 671 yards, three touchdowns and six interceptions.
Marshawn Lynch, who comes into the game as the NFL's second-leading rusher, could have a big day. The Jets rank as one of the worst rush defenses (29th) in the NFL, giving up 141.4 yards per game.
