The 2-2 Seattle Seahawks will visit the 1-3 Carolina Panthers as three-point underdogs in an NFC matchup at Bank of America Stadium on Sunday.

Part of the reason for the Seahawks' status as a dog is due to the team's road slump against the spread, going 6-13-1 in its last 20 games away from The Link. The over/under is set at 44, and it's worth noting that the game total has gone over in eight of Carolina's last 11 games.

Seattle lost its last game outright, 19-13, on the road to the St. Louis Rams, and failed to cover the 2.5-point spread as favorites. In that contest, the combined 32 points were good to capture the under. Carolina covered against the Falcons their last time out as seven-point underdogs in a 30-28 loss in Atlanta. The two teams' combined 58 points moved the game to the over side for bettors.

According to the power rankings at OddsShark, the Seahawks are rated No. 7, while the Panthers are ranked 28th overall.
