The Seattle Seahawks are looking to get healthy before their meeting with the Carolina Panthers this Sunday, but had a couple of players limited or out at Wednesday's practice.
The most notable of missing Seahawks was running back Marshawn Lynch, who simply got some rest on Wednesday. according to Eric D. Williams on Twitter. Hopefully Lynch will be ready to go to practice later in the week.
Guard John Moffitt will be out this week with a knee injury, while cornerback Marcus Trufant (back) and defensive end Jaye Howard (foot) sat out of practice. Both of their statuses for Sunday's game is unknown at this point.
The 2-2 Seahawks will need all hands on deck at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on Sunday, as the 1-3 Panthers will look to bounce back after their narrow, last-minute loss to the Atlanta Falcons last week. Kickoff is set for 1:05 p.m. PT with coverage on the Fox Network.
