Seahawks vs. Lions final score: Detroit edges Seattle after late TD, 28-24

Titus Young hauled in a one-yard touchdown pass with 20 seconds left, as the Lions edged the Seahawks, 28-24.

Matthew Stafford connected on a one-yard touchdown pass to Titus Young with 20 seconds remaining and the Detroit Lions defeated the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday by a final score of 28-24.

The Lions trailed 17-14 after three quarters and traded the lead back and forth until the game's final moments. They outgained the Seahawks in total offense with 415 yards compared to 350.

The Lions improved to 3-4 with the victory, while the Seahawks now stand at 4-4.

Fantasy studs/duds

Detroit wide receiver Titus Young had a career day, putting up 100 yards and two touchdowns on nine receptions.

Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch went full beast mode in the second quarter, breaking off a 77 yard touchdown run that gave the Seahawks a 10-7 lead. He finished with 105 yards and a touchdown.

Matthew Stafford also put up some impressive fantasy numbers, throwing for 352 yards, three touchdowns and an intereception. He also ran for another score.

Detroit wide receiver Calvin Johnson had a disappointing performance by his standards, hauling in just three passes for 46 yards.

Did they cover?

The Lions entered the game as 1.5 point favorites and covered the spread with their four point victory over the Seahawks.

What's next?

The Lions will look to a road matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 4, while the Seahawks will return home to take on the Minnesota Vikings.
