Seahawks vs. Lions injury report: Marshawn Lynch practices fully on Wednesday

The Seattle Seahawks running back showed no ill effects from his back injury, and was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Marshawn Lynch was the only player on the Seattle Seahawks' injury report that turned in a full practice during Wednesday's session. Lynch has been dealing with a lingering back injury for much of the 2012 NFL season.

Despite the ailment, he's been productive, and is third in the NFL in rushing with 602 yards through seven games.

Also on the report is another skill player, wide receiver Doug Baldwin, who has been diagnosed with the dreaded high ankle sprain and is out for Sunday's contest against the Detroit Lions. Baldwin has struggled to stay healthy this year, as he also suffered a hamstring injury in the preseason.

Defensive end Jason Jones (ankle) and defensive back Byron Maxwell (hamstring) also missed Wednesday's practice. Offensive lineman John Moffitt was able to practice in a limited capacity as he deals with a knee injury.

The 4-3 Seahawks will face Detroit in a 10 a.m. PT game at Ford Field.
