2012 NFL schedule: Seahawks will face Detroit in Week 8

The Seattle Seahawks will be on the road for a second straight week, traveling to Detroit to face the Lions on Sunday.

After losing on the road to division rival San Francisco last week, the Seattle Seahawks will be back on the road this week, traveling to Detroit to face the Lions.

A roadtrip is nothing new for the Seahawks as this will be their fifth road contest in the first eight games. Seattle is 1-3 on the road this season, with all three losses coming to division opponents. The Seahawks will face a 2-5 Lions team which is 1-1 at home in 2012. Sunday's game is scheduled to kickoff at 10 a.m. PT and will be broadcast on FOX.

Around the NFC West, the St. Louis Rams will travel to England to face the New England Patriots while the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals will meet on Monday Night Football. The complete Week 8 schedule can be found below:
