Seattle Seahawks guard John Moffitt is still out with a knee injury for Pete Carroll's team and won't play in Thursday's game against the San Francisco 49ers at Candlestick Park. Cornerback Byron Maxwell is doubtful with a sore hamstring, but safety Kam Chancellor is likely to play after being limited Tuesday with a sore ankle.

For the 49ers, running back Brandon Jacobs, receiver Mario Manningham and offensive tackle Joe Staley are questionable. Jacobs has been dealing with a knee injury but he has been participating in practice since Monday. Manningham is recovering from a shoulder issue and was limited in practice this week, while Staley has said he was symptom-free from a concussion but has yet to be medically cleared.
