Seahawks vs. Steelers: Pittsburgh Jumps out to 7-0 Lead After First Quarter

The Seattle Seahawks didn’t exactly start the game out the way they would have like against the Pittsburgh Steelers so far, finding themselves two touchdowns behind after some sustained drives from the Steelers offense.

Pittsburgh got on the board with a nine yard drive to start out the game, finishing with a Rashard Mendenhall one yard run to make it 7-0. The Cards couldn’t get anything going on offense to speak of, ending all of their first quarter drives with punts.

Arizona’s defense was having some trouble stopping Big Ben and the rest of the Pittsburgh offense, dominating the time of possession and total yards in the first period. The Cardinals are going to have to make some adjustments soon or it’s going to be a very long day for Ken Wisenhunt’s squad.
