Marcus Trufant Keeping Busy During Lockout

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Marcus Trufant recently answered some questions for SeaTown Sports about what he has been up this offseason. The Pro Bowl cornerback has been spending quality time with his family, but continues to gear up for the 2011 season:

↵↵As of right now, I'm just trying to prepare as if the lockout would be over tomorrow. Because you don't really know exactly when were going to be back to work, when were going to be back in full speed on the field and stuff like that. So you just got to train hard, stay in shape, and just be ready to go to work because as of right now, there's no telling. It's just hard to say. (Via: SeaTown Sports)

Trufant is optimistic about the upcoming season after suffering a concussion in the Seahawks NFC divisional playoff game against the Chicago Bears. The former Washington St. Cougar and Tacoma native is entering his tenth season in the NFL as a Seattle Seahawk.
