Seahawks vs. Bears, Score Update: Bears Take 14-7 Lead Into Locker Room

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Hanie found Kahlil Bell for a 25 yard touchdown pass late in the second quarter to take a 14-7 lead over the Seattle Seahawks at Soldier Field this Sunday in a most impressive battle of two tough defenses.

A pair of dueling fumbles lead to scores in the first quarter of this game, as Johnny Knox fumbled a pass from Hanie that lead to a two yard Marshawn Lynch run to give the Seahawks a early lead. Then, later in the first quarter, Julius Peppers swiped the ball out of Seattle quarterback Tarvaris Jackson's hands in the end zone, leading to a Chicago touchdown after Israel Idonije fell on it for a quick six points.

Aside from the touchdown to Bell, Hanie has struggled thus far, completing 7/15 passes for 92 yards as well as an interception, while Tarvaris Jackson finished the first half 4/12 on his passes for 51 yards through the air.
