Fantasy Football Sit/Start Projections, Week 9: Tarvaris Jackson, Marshawn Lynch Could Be Decent Plays

The Seattle Seahawks travel to face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, looking to get back on the winning track. The Seahawks have had some quarterback turmoil due to injuries but look to have Tarvaris Jackson back for Sunday's game. Jackson has put together some solid fantasy performances this season, which could make him an intriguing option, as well as several other members of the Seahawks offense.

Jackson himself is actually a solid start option if you are looking for a quarterback due to the week nine byes. Jackson is not a fantastic option, but he has enough scrambling skills to add some value. He threw for 323 yards last week, his second 300-yard performance of the season.

Sidney Rice has been on a nice little roll when Jackson is playing QB and could be a solid flex option or even a WR2 depending on your byes and injuries. Doug Baldwin is a slightly less attractive option, but he is coming off a solid 73-yard effort last week.

Marshawn Lynch is a solid play this week against a struggling Cowboys rush defense. Lynch is always an injury question mark, but he could be decent this week. If Seattle is going to spring the upset, they will need to control the time of possession. If Seattle falls behind big early, that hurts Lynch, but there is enough upside to roll the dice.
