Seahawks Vs. Rams Score: Seattle Kicks Last Second FG, Holds 10-7 Lead Over St. Louis

The Seattle Seahawks are starting to churn out the yards on the St. Louis Rams. Seattle outgained St. Louis 169 to 94 yards and put up 9 first downs to four for the Rams. If not for the early two Seahawks turnovers, Seattle might be shutting out St. Louis.

Seattle took their first lead of the game behind a solid two minute drill, relying heavily on a Tarvaris Jackson connection with Doug Baldwin for 35 yards and a Marshawn Lynch 12 yard gain. The Rams committed a pass interference penalty on 3rd and 21 in the end zone, turning a tougher, longer field goal for Steven Hauschka into a 19 yard chip shot.

St. Louis managed an early decent drive into Seattle territory in the third quarter behind the passing of Sam Bradford (connecting with Stephen Jackson, Brandon Gibson and Brandon Lloyd) but the drive stalled and the Rams were forced to punt. The Seahawks did the same on their opening drive of the second half and the result of this game remains very much in doubt.
