Seahawks vs. Falcons Score Update: Seattle Rallies, Down 27-21; Mike Williams Injured

Don't look now, but the Seattle Seahawks are rallying against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Falcons drove down the field early in the third quarter with a 45 yard reception by Julio Jones from Matt Ryan. It looked like Atlanta was comfortably padding their lead with a Matt Bryant 50 yard field goal to put Atlanta up 27-21.

But then Seattle drove right back down the field. Tarvaris Jackson found Marshawn Lynch for five yards, Doug Baldwin for 20 yards, and Mike Williams for 19 yards to set up the Williams six yard touchdown reception. After forcing a three and out thanks to an Atlanta holding penalty, Seattle drove right down the field thanks to more Jackson connections with Lynch, Baldwin, and Justin Forsett, but Thomas DeCoud picked off a throw intended for Zach Miller in the end zone when it bounced off the tight end.

Almost immediately though, the Falcons offense got booted off the field, and Leon Washington returned a punt 33 yards to the Atlanta 11. That set up a Lynch 11 yard touchdown rush to bring Seattle within a touchdown. However, Williams suffered a head injury and is questionable to return.
