Roddy White Injury Update: Atlanta Falcons Receiver's Quad Should Be Fine

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White has been dealing with a quad injury, but don't expect him to be out on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. White was listed on the injury report throughout the week, and was given the questionable designation on Friday. But despite the listing, White is expected to be good to go on Sunday, barring something going spectacularly wrong ahead of the game.

For the Seahawks, White's presence creates a headache in coverage, and he should see plenty of action throughout the game. Matt Ryan has shouldered the workload for Atlanta, and his rapport with White makes the two dangerous. Though the Seahawks defense has been solid, especially against the run, White's athleticism on the outside has the potential to wreck havoc, especially on Brandon Browner's side of the field.

As it stands, the Seahawks won't dodge a bullet, and will have to deal with White on Sunday at CenturyLink Field. Expect Ryan to look White's way early and often as the Falcons try to exploit holes in the Seahawks defense, especially with Kam Chancellor looking doubtful at the safety spot. If White's quad holds up, he could have a big game on Sunday.
