The Seahawks made it out of Sunday's game with a win -- thanks in large part to Leon Washington -- but they did come away banged-up. Marcus Trufant, Aaron Curry, Mike Williams and Brandon Mebane all suffered an injury of some sort and are using the lead-up to this weekend's game to heal.
The Seahawks Twitter account had an update on receiver Mike Williams and his shoulder injury.
Mike Williams (shoulder) participated fully in this morning's walk-thru and "looked fine," @PeteCarroll said
Williams will wear a non-contact jersey this week in an effort to speed up the healing process.
The Seattle Times' Danny O'Neil also passed along the word on cornerback Marcus Trufant, defensive tackle Brandon Mebane and linebacker Aaron Curry.
DT Brandon Mebane (calf), LB Aaron Curry (hamstring) and CB Marcus Trufant (ankle) not expected to do much in practice Wednesday.
