Report: Seahawks Sign WR Brandon Stokley And T Breno Giacomini

More roster moves coming from the Seahawks today as they signed former Broncos receiver Brandon Stokley and tackle Breno Giacomini.

950 KJR's Curtis Crabtree had a report on the additions and what the corresponding roster moves may be.

Chris Mortensen of ESPN is reporting the Seahawks have signed former Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts WR Brandon Stokley.

Rob Demovsky of the Green Bay Press-Gazette is also reporting the Seahawks have signed Packers T Breno Giacomini off their practice squad.

He also notes Seattle likely won't release a receiver to make room for Stokley. Instead, running back Quinten Ganther may be on the chopping block.

Stokley gives the Seahawks a sure-handed slot receiver and safety valve for quarterback Matt Hasselbeck. It's clear Pete Carroll and John Schneider will leave no stone unturned in an effort to find talent.
