With just two weeks left in the NFL season, we're down to the nitty gritty. The NFC West is still up for grabs, making every game for the St. Louis Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks crucial at this point in the season. Sunday begins the home stretch to the playoffs, with an elimination game taking place between the Rams and 49ers in the early game.

What do you need to watch on Sunday? How can you watch your favorite games in the Northwest? Check out the full schedule, TV information and find coverage maps after the jump.

Sunday, Dec. 26

New York Jets at Chicago Bears, 10 a.m. on CBS

San Francisco 49ers at St. Louis Rams, 10 a.m. on Fox

Seattle Seahawks at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 1:15 p.m. on Fox

Minnesota Vikings at Philadelphia Eagles, 5:15 p.m. on NBC

Out of the gate, the Northwest gets the match-up we all want to see. The Rams and 49ers battle it out on Fox in the early game with the playoffs on the line. If you're a Seahawks fan, root for the Rams. A St. Louis win renders the Seahawks game moot and sets up a week 17 game at Qwest Field with the NFC West title on the line.

Coverage maps for all the action can be found here. Almost the entire country gets San Francisco vs. St. Louis early, while the Seahawks game is in the minority, with Fox choosing to show Green Bay vs. the New York Giants to most of the country.

Tune in early and check out the Rams-Niners game to find out the Seahawks fate before they take the field at 1:15 p.m.
