If you've been following the Seattle Seahawks this year, you know what today is. Every Thursday, the Seahawks host a turnover-themed day where the emphasis on offense is hanging onto the ball and the emphasis on defense is taking the ball away. Considering the recent turnover struggles of Matt Hasselbeck -- I mean, the Seahawks -- this week's turnover Thursday is surely a big one.
↵Ahead of practice, Mike Williams hit Twitter to remind everyone it was Turnover Thursday and to make himself a mental checklist.

↵Turnover Thursday.. "Tips and Overthrows.. Gotta get those!"
↵His tweet was also re-tweeted by the official Seahawks Twitter account, adding to the hilarity. Why is it so funny? With Hasselbeck's turnover problems, Williams admitting tips and overthrows, both quarterback-based problems, were an emphasis is awesome. Just days after Matt Hasselbeck was given the nod over Charlie Whitehurst despite a terrible stretch of games, Williams took what was a completely accidental dig at the veteran QB.
↵No, it wasn't Williams firing shots. But to those of us watching the Seahawks closely, it had some comedic value.
