The Seattle Seahawks still have plenty of players on the mend today, just three days away from Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. In the good news department, tight end Chris Baker returned to practice as a full participant. In bad news, there’s still a large amount of contributors sidelined. Colin Cole, Golden Tate, Lofa Tatupu, Michael Robinson and Raheem Brock were all out today. Rookie safety Earl Thomas also missed practice, though it wasn’t due to an injury.
Several other players were at the VMAC and working out on a limited basis. Wide receiver Mike Williams, recovering from a finger injury, was in action, working through drills. Marshawn Lynch also worked out but was limited by a thigh injury. On the offensive line, Russell Okung and Mike Gibson were both limited, as well.
The Seahawks head to Arizona to take on the Cardinals this Sunday at 1:15 p.m.
