NFL Injuries, Week 10: Arizona Cardinals Wednesday Injury Report

The Arizona Cardinals are off the field after finishing up practice today. Running back Beanie Wells continues to deal with swelling in his knee, a concern for both the present and future. ESPN’s Mike Sando said the Cardinals attributed the swelling to an allergic reaction to medication prescribed following arthroscopic surgery on his injured knee. If he’s unable to go, Tim Hightower will shoulder the load in the Cardinals’ backfield instead of splitting time with Wells.

Outside of the situation in the backfield, the Cardinals’ injury list was relatively short. Darnell Dockett and Joey Porter both were both limited in practice, using the day to rest. Neither is a concern for this weekend’s game. Linebacker Clark Haggins may return to action this week after missing the previous two games with a groin injury. He did not, however, practice today.

Kerry Rhodes and Will Davis were also limited in practice, though neither is expected to miss this weekend’s game, and Paris Lenon was a non-participant.

The Cardinals host the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday at 1:15 p.m. on Fox.
