NFL Injuries, Week 10: Seattle Seahawks Wednesday Injury Report

The Seattle Seahawks returned to the practice field today and began preparations for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. Brandon Mebane, Matt Hasselbeck and Tyler Polumbus all returned to action today and were full participants in practice. Rookie left tackle Russell Okung also returned, though he was limited.

The list of players sitting out was a long one again today. Lofa Tatupu, Michael Robinson, Chris Baker, Golden Tate and Colin Cole all used the day to rest and recover from various injuries. Starting running back Marshawn Lynch was also limited in practice with a leg injury. According to the Tacoma News Tribune’s Eric Williams, both Lynch and Tatupu are expected to play this Sunday against the Cardinals.

The banged-up Seahawks take on the Cardinals this Sunday at 1:15 p.m. on Fox.
