After a week to rest, the Seahawks hit the field on Monday. Two players, offensive tackle Sean Locklear and cornerback Marcus Trufant, both sat out while recovering from previous injuries.
The Tacoma News Tribune's Eric Williams had the report from the VMAC.
OL Sean Locklear (knee) and CB Marcus Trufant (ankle) did not practice, but both are expected to play on Sunday.
Trufant and Locklear will get an extra day to heal Tuesday, as the team is off for the day just like every other game week. The good news is they're expected to recover and play Saturday against the Bears.
Outside of those two, the Seahawks were good-to-go as they hit the field. The much-needed bye week allowed players to rest up and heal from some of the bumps and bruises that go along with the rigors of the NFL season.
