UW - Seattle U Basketball Tickets Sold Fast, KeyArena's Upper Level Now Available

Anticipation for the Washington Huskies' "road game" at KeyArena against the Seattle University Redhawks at 7:10 p.m. next Tuesday has been mounting for some time with reports of a sellout a while back.

So now they're opening up more seats in KeyArena to meet the demand.

From a Seattle U athletics release:

With strong ticket sales for the men’s college basketball game between Seattle University and the University of Washington at KeyArena at Seattle Center Tuesday, Feb. 22, Seattle U and Seattle Center officials have agreed to open the center sections of the upper level for fans to purchase tickets.

With only a small number of seats remaining in the lower bowl, this will make an additional 5,000 seats available to the general public. All of these seats are priced at $15 apiece and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com, at local Fred Meyer locations, and at the KeyArena Box Office.

Also note that tickets will only be sold at the outlets above, not at the Seattle U ticket office.
