2K Sports Classic Subregional: Seattle U's Aaron Broussard Wins All-Tournament Honors

After setting career-highs in scoring on consecutive nights, Seattle University wing Aaron Broussard was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Irvine subregional of the 2K Sports Classic Benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer today.

From a Seattle University release:

Broussard finished second in scoring, third in rebounding, and tied for second in steals among the subregional participants, averaging 20.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game over the three days. Among those players with at least 10 field goal attempts, he had the highest field goal percentage at .622 (23-of-37), and he led all players with 13 made free throws over the weekend.

For the season, Broussard is second on the team in scoring and first in rebounding, averaging 13.9 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. He is shooting 53.1 percent from the field and 78.1 percent from the free throw line. He is joined on the All-Tournament Team by DeAndre Brown (MVP) and Olu Ashaolu of Louisiana Tech and Darren Moore and Patrick Rembert of UC Irvine.
