Kobe Bryant Dunks On LeBron James, Wins NBA All-Star Game MVP

Kobe Bryant put together a strong game on Sunday night in the NBA All-Star Game as the West beat the East at Staples Center, 148-143. Bryant finished with 37 points and 14 rebounds, beating out LeBron James, who registered 39 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists, for the MVP award. But if you're looking for why Bryant took home the MVP award, it may just be the sequence in which he dunked on James, patted him on the backside, then buried a three moments later after a Chris Paul steal.

Check out the video of Bryant upstaging James in the All-Star Game, passed along by Jose3030.

LeBron should know better than to try and play defense, or block a shot, in the All-Star Game. Of all the glorified exhibitions in professional sports, it's the NBA that takes the cake for little defense and showmanship on All-Star Weekend. It's all about the show and Bryant put on a show in front of the home crowd, making him an easy MVP choice.
