The Seattle Mariners have won eight straight games and finish up their homestand having won 15 of their last 16 games at Safeco Field. They'll be heading to less friendly territory as they visit the Chicago White Sox for a three-game series beginning on Friday, but they're hoping to keep the longest winning streak in baseball rolling.
The White Sox will be no slouch as an opponent, but the M's know they are only three games below .500 now and also are well aware that they are a team that's firing on all cylinders. Seattle wants to start getting greedy and they'll try to pick up yet another series win at the very least.
