Mariners Vs. Twins Final Score: Seattle Wins Fourth Straight, 3-2

The Seattle Mariners kept things rolling on Saturday night with a huge walk-off 3-2 win over the Minnesota Twins at Safeco Field.

The Twins struck first with am RBI single from Justin Morneau in the top of the first inning that gave Minnesota a quick 1-0 lead. Dustin Ackley answered back in the bottom of the third with an RBI single of his own to tie things up.

Joe Mauer picked up an RBI groundout in the seventh to put the Twins back on top 2-1, but the lead didn't last long. Justin Smoak led off the bottom of the seventh with his 14th home run of the year to once again knot it up, 2-2.

The Mariners were able to escape a tense bases-loaded situation in the top of the ninth against the heart of the Minnesota order.

Michael Saunders hit a single to lead off the bottom of the ninth and Brendan Ryan followed up with a bunt single. Ackley started off in a hole and managed to work a walk to load the bases for John Jaso. Jaso came up the hero once again, hitting a sacrifice fly to left field for the walk-off win and their fourth straight victory.
