The Seattle Mariners suffered a couple of tough losses to the Baltimore Orioles over the past couple of days. After a much-needed day off on Thursday, the Mariners will play their final series of the first half before the All-Star break begins on Monday. The Mariners will visit O.co Coliseum to play a three-game series against the Oakland Athletics, who have been on a real roll over the course of the final week before the break.

The A's have just swept the Boston Red Sox in three straight games at the Coliseum and are playing like they have something to prove. This is not the same team that Seattle faced at the beginning of the year and the M's will need to hope their offense arrives with them in Oakland.
