The playoff picture is set and ready to go.

The NFL playoff picture is completely set in both conferences as the final day of the regular season concluded last night. Some teams continue, others go home and the following is how it all concluded.

In the NFC, the Atlanta Falcons are the top seed and earned a first-round bye and the San Francisco 49ers are the second seed and also earned a bye. The No. 3 Green Bay Packers will host the sixth-seeded Minnesota Vikings while the fifth-seeded Seattle Seahawks will travel to the nation's capital to face the fourth-seeded Washington Redskins. The Chicago Bears, New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys were the first three teams next in line as they barely missed the playoffs.

In the AFC, the Denver Broncos are the top seed and earned a first-round bye and the New England Patriots are the second seed and also earned a bye. The Houston Texans fell to the No. 3 spot and will host the sixth-seeded Cincinnati Bengals. The fourth-seeded Baltimore Ravens will welcome the fifth-seeded Indianapolis Colts to Baltimore as the Colts represent the only team in the AFC playoffs that wasn't a playoff team last season.
