Defensive back Marcus Trufant missed Friday's practice for the Seahawks, meaning Walter Thurmond will be active on Sunday against the Bears as Seattle's fifth defensive back.

The Seattle Seahawks (6-5) will hope to shake off last weekend's disappointing road loss to the Miami Dolphins, as they travel to Soldier Field to take on Jay Cutler, Matt Forte and the Chicago Bears (8-3) on Sunday. Going into this weekend's contest, Seattle is hurting on both sides of the ball.

Marcus Trufant injured his hamstring in Thursday's practice, and missed practice on Friday altogether, and will go into the weekend officially doubtful for Sunday's game. Thankfully, Walter Thurmond will be active on Sunday for the Seahawks as their fifth defensive back (nickelback) and will likely be getting his first action of the year after spending the season split between the PUP list and the sideline as a gameday inactive player.

Wide receiver Sidney Rice jumped on the the injury report after being held out of the end of Friday's practice with a tight calf. Rice is now questionable for Sunday's game, though head coach Pete Carroll seemed to think Rice would be OK for Sunday's game.

The list of ‪Seahawks‬ injuries entering Sunday's contest:

DOUBTFUL: Marcus Trufant (hamstring)
QUESTIONABLE: Red Bryant (foot), Leroy Hill (ankle), Sidney Rice (calf)
PROBABLE: Marshawn Lynch (back) and Greg Scruggs (oblique)

The Bears will be without their top return man Devin Hester and former Seahawks' OL Chris Spencer. Running back Matt Forte, cornerback Charles Tillman, and linebacker Lance Briggs have all been limited in practice this week but are expected to play Sunday.
