There aren't many better choices for your RB1 this week than Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch.

What do you get when you throw white-hot running back into a matchup in which he'll be looking to make his former team pay for ever letting him go? A recipe for fantasy success.

That is exactly the hand that Marshawn Lynch is being dealt this week as he heads to the east coast for some revenge against the team that originally drafted him: the Buffalo Bills.

Making the situation even more enticing is the fact that Lynch is coming off the best fantasy game of his entire career after he racked up 128 rushing yards and three touchdowns on just 11 carries. And when you factor in that there are only three teams in the NFL who are allowing more fantasy points to opposing running backs than the Bills, it's looking like Lynch will be a sure fire top-3 play.

Lynch, who is the fifth highest scoring running back in most leagues this season, seems like a lock for a least 100 yards and one touchdown after breaking the century mark in five of his last seven games and scoring seven touchdowns across that span. Don't expect his ailing back to be much of an issue either; there should be no doubts that Lynch will be willing to suck it up to embarrass the team who left him for dead.

Projected numbers: 24 carries, 122 rushing yards, one touchdown

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin smashed his teeth in (literally) in Week 1, and with it probably smashed his Week 2 fantasy prospects into the ground.

There isn't much of a reason to slot Baldwin into the lineup at all. Golden Tate is working his way back from injury and might possibly play this week. Combine that with both Sidney Rice and Braylon Edwards leading the team in Week 1 with nine targets, and there isn't much upside in playing with Baldwin this week.

And oh yeah, Baldwin literally got his teeth knocked out.

Preciate the support from everyone. Tough day. Better days to come tho. I’ll get some new teeth and we will be back smiling soon.

So although he is going to play, he doesn't make for a good Week 2 play. But that isn't to say it is all downhill for Baldwin this early in the 2012 season. Baldwin had six targets in a 20-16 loss against the Cardinals. Granted, he caught only two of those passes for 5 yards, but he almost hauled in a 13-yard pass into the end zone only to have the ball squirt out when he hit the ground.

That would've given Baldwin 3 catches for 18 yards and a touchdown -- nothing to scream about, but more than enough to warrant consideration.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice began his fantasy comeback tour 2012 with a pretty decent box score for a second receiver or flex pick.

Quarterback Russell Wilson connected with Rice for the Seahawks' only touchdown of the game. However, Rice finished with only 36 yards on four receptions.

The final point total wasn't anything to scream about in most standard scoring leagues, but the key takeaway with Rice is that he was tied for the team lead with Braylon Edwards in targets at nine.

Wilson wasn't airing it out like he was in the preseason, but he still attempted 34 pass attempts in Week 1. There are a few Seahawks receivers who can be smart plugs, and as SBNation Fantasy points out, Rice is the one to own.

Danger Russ only launched the ball more than 30 yards just four times, but that number should rise in no time. To be clear, Sidney Rice is a better Seattle receiver to own.

With the Seahawks' running game finally established in real life with the emergence of Marshawn Lynch as their dependable back, the passing game can open up a little bit. With Wilson at the helm, there will be a few fantasy headaches here and there, but as long as he keeps getting as many targets as Wilson is giving him, Rice is bound to rack up some very serviceable numbers.

All that pre-season hype surrounding the fantasy potential of quarterback Russell Wilson came crashing a bit back to Earth after the Seahawks lost to the Cardinals 20-16 in Week 1.

Wilson's numbers were only serviceable in the deepest of deep leagues, as the quarterback ended the game with 153 yards, one touchdown, one interception and one fumble lost.

The Seahawks' receiving corps will be slightly bolstered against the Cowboys in Week 2 with the return of a healthy Golden Tate. But he will be going up against a good Dallas Cowboys defense that did a nice job of shutting down Eli Manning in Week 1.

The Cowboys allowed 269 yards to the Giants in Week 1. But the Seahawks will be playing at home where they have one of the bigger home-field advantages this side of the Rockies.

However, after Wilson's first start went a bit awry, it might be time to put him on the bench until he can garner a couple of starts that show he is worth your fantasy time. Most likely, he was a waiver-wire pickup anyway and most teams should have other, more reliable options at quarterback. Use them this week.

The Seattle Seahawks could see receiver Golden Tate return to practice as soon as Wednesday, according to the team's blog, but that should push away interest in picking up Braylon Edwards as a fantasy player. The veteran replaced the injured Tate in the lineup in Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals, and Edwards ended up leading the team with five catches for 43 yards.

While not the biggest numbers, Edwards was targeted by quarterback Russell Wilson nine times, tied for tops on the team with Sidney Rice and among the most-targeted players in the league. Tate's return definitely hurts the fantasy implications for Edwards, who might have made a case as a pickup heading into Week 2 otherwise.

Meanwhile, Rice had a relatively quiet day against the Cardinals, with four catches for 36 yards and the team's only touchdown.

Fellow receiver Doug Baldwin will also be expected to play after suffering several broken teeth, head coach Pete Carroll said.

The Seattle Seahawks have cut ties with tight end Kellen Winslow, solidifying Zach Miller as the primary option for Seattle at the Y tight end position. For those of you who play Fantasy Football, this is worth noting for multiple reasons.

Rob Gronkowski, Jimmy Graham and Vernon Davis highlighted what was a breakout season for tight ends in 2011. Given that there are so few elite options out there for your fantasy lineup, there's probably a good chance you got stuck with a lower-tier guy.

Depending on how deep your league is, Miller could be worth picking up. He is not expected to have a huge role in the Seahawks' offense, but rookie quarterback Russell Wilson will likely turn to Miller in the red zone as a safer pass route option. And while no one is suggesting he will put of Gronkowski-like numbers this season, he could be a solid option if Seattle incorporates him into the offensive passing playbook.

If your team does not immediately have a spot open, it's also probably worth highlighting Miller's name in the free agent pool for future weeks. He is currently owned in less than 5% of Yahoo! Sports leagues, meaning he should be available. Keep an eye on him this weekend.

Very few imagined third round pick Russell Wilson would be starting in his first NFL season. Once the Seattle Seahawks picked him on draft day, the consensus belief from those around the team was Wilson would be given a shot in training camp, but he would really have to work to take the job from Matt Flynn.

Now, as the Seahawks busily prepare for a big opening week matchup with the Arizona Cardinals, Wilson will indeed be the starting quarterback. Not only will it be interesting to see how he performs on the field, but also if he brings any fantasy value along with him.

In deep or two-quarterback leagues, Wilson is worth picking up. He showed in the preseason he can beat defenses with his arm and legs, which is especially valuable as the Seahawks see red zone opportunities. If you are set with quarterbacks and don't exactly have a roster spot open, it is worth keeping a tab on Wilson and seeing how he does in week one.

Solid quarterback play is an absolute must if you hope to win your fantasy league and there's a good chance most starters around the league were taken during your draft. Wilson is owned is less than 40% of standard leagues, and you'll want to pick him up early if he impresses in week one.

Sidney Rice enters the 2012 season as the third-best Seattle Seahawks wide receiver for fantasy teams, behind Doug Baldwin and Golden Tate.

Much of that has to do with the offseason and the crowded additions the Seahawks made to the receiving corps. The addition of Braylon Edwards is likely to take away some targets and playing time from Rice and his injury concerns make him a tough pick to put out there.

Rice has only played in 15 games over the past two seasons, one with the Minnesota Vikings and one with the Seahawks, and playing time consistency is often the key to a championship.

But if anything will help Rice's fantasy case this year it is the placement of the dynamic quarterback in Russell Wilson. Rice topped 80 passes and 1300 receiving yards in 2009, his last full season, and he is without a doubt one of the strongest receivers with the greatest vertical threat on the Seahawks team - the caveat being when healthy of course.

Rice has said he has felt good all preseason, so his stock will be one to monitor. He will go drafted in most leagues, but could possibly be a sneaky buy-low candidate in the early weeks, especially if Wilson puts up serviceable fantasy numbers at quarterback.
