The Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers take the field at 1:15 p.m. on Fox in a pivotal match-up. Off the field, fantasy football playoffs are winding down, with the majority of leagues in championship week. With titles on the line, any last-minute advice can be make or break. Who should you start? Who should you sit? We pick the best and worst Seahawks and Bucs to rely on.

Start Em

LeGarrette Blount: Match-up? Check. Blount has been a solid back down the line and that should continue this week. As a midseason pickup by many, Blount has carried teams into the playoffs. Against a porous Seattle defense, Blount should be expected to put up points yet again. Go with it.

Josh Freeman and Mike Williams: Marcus Trufant has a sore back and the Seahawks secondary has been decimated. It wasn't great to start with, but as the season has progressed, the Seahawks defense has been declining by the minute. Freeman and Williams (the Tampa Bay version, not the Seattle) are both good bets to put up points.

Tampa Bay D/ST: It's still Christmas time and the Seahawks offense is still in a giving mood. With Hasselbeck at the helm, the Hawks are giving the ball up at an alarming rate, especially in the last two weeks. That's bad news for Seahawks fans, but good news for any Tampa Bay defense owners.

Marshawn Lynch: Even with the struggles of the Seahawks offense, Lynch still scored 12 points last weekend against the Falcons. The punishing back is good for any goal-line carries and will get the bulk of the touches in the Seahawks backfield.

Sit Em

Matt Hasselbeck: If you're relying on Hasselbeck as your starter, odds are any game your team is in this week is meaningless. Hasselbeck has struggled mightily this year, especially in the last three weeks. With Charlie Whitehurst breathing down his back, Hasselbeck is a poor choice again.

Mike Williams: He's going to get looks, but how many? Who will be throwing him the ball? With Williams' production relying on Hasselbeck, it's tough to see him putting up points. Still, he's a borderline guy. If any of the Seahawks receivers are going to score points, it'll be him.

The Seattle Seahawks head to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers this weekend in what is, for many, a make or break week in fantasy football. If you're relying on Seahawks for your fantasy need, odds are the playoffs are over for your fantasy team. However, those that still have a vested interest in this game, especially fantasy players holding Tampa Bay players, we've got rankings and projections for this week's game.

Over at ESPN, projections are out and it's good news for the Bucs. The Seahawks defense has been awful, giving the Tampa Bay skill players a great match-up to work with. Where are they projected this week?

Josh Freeman: 243 yards, two touchdowns, 22 rushing yards worth 19 points in a standard scoring league.
LeGarrette Blount: 85 yards and a touchdown worth 14 points.
Mike Willliams (TB): 91 yards and a touchdown worth 15 points.
Kellen Winslow: 43 yards and a touchdown worth 10 points.

As you can see, it's a good day for all your Bucs. On the other side of the ball, the Seahawks don't fare as well. Between Matt Hasselbeck's inconsistency, the struggles of the run game and the lack of healthy, capable receivers, the Seahawks fantasy options are few and far between. Mike Williams and Marshawn Lynch are the only borderline starts, with Lynch the best bet to find the end zone.

Mike Williams (Sea): 86 yards and a touchdown worth 14 points.
Marshawn Lynch: 85 yards and a touchdown worth 14 points.
