2012 British Open Odds: This Is Adam Scott's Tournament To Lose

Tiger Woods, as has so often been the case this year, entered the 2012 British Open as the odds-on betting favorite to win the whole thing. Heading into Sunday's final round at the Open Championship, he is no longer the favorite, but he is still very much in the hunt to capture his 15th major title. He has also looked better in this tournament than he has most of the year.

The favorite heading into the final day is Adam Scott, who will begin the final round at 11-under and with a four-stroke lead on the next two closest golfers, Brandt Snedeker and Graeme McDowell. Woods is not far off, at 6-under and alone in fourth place. Currently, Scott is the 2/3 favorite to win, while the odds against Woods capturing the title are 5/1.

Here are the current odds to win the 2012 British Open.

Adam Scott 2/3
Graeme McDowell 4/1
Tiger Woods 5/1
Brandt Snedeker 12/1
Ernie Els 22/1
Zach Johnson 25/1
Thorbjorn Olesen 66/1

Matt Kuchar 125/1
Padraig Harrington 125/1
Thomas Aiken 150/1
Dustin Johnson 200/1
