Round 3 of the 2012 British Open has concluded, and Adam Scott is the man at the top of the leaderboard. He shot a 68 on the day, putting him at 11-under par. Brandt Snedeker and Graeme McDowell are tied for second at 7-under, McDowell having climbed there with a 67 and Snedeker having fallen there with a 73. Tiger Woods, the favorite entering the tournament, is in third place at 6-under and shot par in Round 3.
The only golfer with a local connection still playing is Kyle Stanley. The Gig Harbor native shot par in Round 3 and ended Saturday tied for 14th place at 1-under.
The fourth and final round of the tournament takes place early Sunday morning. A full leaderboard can be found at Golf.com.
