British Open 2012: TV Coverage, Streaming, Live Updates And More

Today is the second round of the 2012 British Open. Currently Australian Adam Scott leads the pack at six-under and hopes to stay there. A host of other golfers aren't too far behind though, as Paul Lawrie, Zach Johnson, Ernie Els, Bubba Watson and Tiger Woods are all within three strokes of the lead. Don't be surprised to see a lot of moving on the leaderboard.

Here's all the necessary info to help you keep up with the 2012 British Open this year.

TV Coverage: ESPN has full coverage of the Open Championship in America, and you can start your vigil on the tournament by starting your watch at 1:30 a.m. PT and concluding it at noon.

Online Coverage: The British will be covering their event a lot through BBC.com if you like a little international flavor in your broadcast. Depending on your cable or satellite service, you might have a chance to access ESPN3, which should also allow you to watch the event on tape-delay.

Live updates: If you have no time to watch the Open, it might be best for you to download the official 2012 Open Championship app that goes with your iPhone, iPad or Android device to keep track of all the latest happenings. If you just want updates from your computer, there's also the Open Championship scoreboard that provides all the necessary scoring updates.
