The Open Championship 2012, Odds: Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy Amongst Favorites

The 2012 Open Championship is set to start at Royal Lytham and St. Annes in Lancashire on Thursday, so if you want to put some money down on this year's action you better get to it quickly!

Tiger Woods, the 14-time major champion and only three-time winner on the PGA Tour so far this season, is the odds on favorite at 8 to 1. Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy is next in line at 11 to 1, followed by Lee Westwood at 12 to 1 and Luke Donald 15 to 1. Phil Mickelson is a bit farther down at 30 to 1 odds, while Austrailian Adam Scott is 40 to 1.
